Rich is a seasoned C-level executive with 30+ years of diverse financial management experience specializing in financial process automation, cash flow management, planning, budgeting and banking relationships. His Fortune 500 experience at companies like BASF, ADT, Mallinckrodt, among others, gave him a deep understanding of the importance of the processes of budgeting, planning and accountability. After thriving in the corporate sector, Rich launched a business consulting firm focused on teaching small to mid-sized companies the successful business habits of the Fortune 500, while also leveraging Traction and EOS to help clients establish accountability in business processes. Since 2005, he has guided a multitude of firms in achieving efficient profitable growth. Rich enjoys playing hockey, reading business books, and of course, family time.
